And as I don't believe in any coincidences I know that breathwork came into my life in the perfect timing.
My husband was introduced to my mentor Kurtis past year and invited me to participate in an online breathwork session. So, after overcoming fear of trying something new and experiencing such a profound physical and emotional shift just in the first session I was hooked.
Now as a level II certified breathwork facilitator I use this powerful modality with my premium coaching clients as well as on my retreats.
I believe we all deserve to clear our emotional baggage, get immense clarity and reconnect with who we really are, that's why I now share breathwork with you too.
BREATHWORK is a highly effective and powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind and releasing any stored memories, emotions, stagnant energy, and trauma that might be trapped in the body.
These energetic blockages hinder our spiritual growth, drain our energy, and affect our physical and mental well-being, which can eventually evolve from fatigue into dis-ease or illness.
By oxygenating the entire body using a very specific Breathwork technique, we are able to tap into the unconscious parts of the body where these blockages reside in the form of stagnant energy
HERE'S HOW THIS SESSION WILL EMPOWER YOU
WHAT BREATHWORK LOOKS LIKE
Breathwork is done lying down on your back on a yoga mat in a comfortable position. Music is played for motivation and relaxation purposes in order to help release trapped emotions by tapping into the energy and emotion of those particular songs.
Petia guides you through this entire process using powerful motivational messages and NLP techniques to help break up old neuropathways of the brain and she ends her sessions with sound healing to help you integrate your session.
BREATHWORK MISCONCEPTIONS
If you think you’ve never tried Breathwork before or think you may have but you’re not sure, then you probably haven’t.
The most common reaction of people who take my class is, “WOW, that wasn’t what I was expecting!” It’s a powerful and profound experience that shouldn’t be compared to “Yoga Breathing”, “Kundalini Breathing”, “Alternate Nostril Breathing”, “Breath-of-Fire”, or any other form of breathing practices aforementioned.
Although Breathwork is a constant loop of deep breathing, it’s NOT Hyperventilating.
Hyperventilating is when you exhale more oxygen than you’re taking in. The intention and goal of Breathwork is the opposite; to take IN as much oxygen as possible.

I say to my clients to change the expectations for appreciation and have intention instead.
